Overview

We have 30 days refund and return policy.  You (Customer) must inform us within 30 days from the purchase date for refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning Item

You (Customer) are liable to pay for return cost of the item. Means you are responsible to pay the shipping costs when you are returning any item. Original shipping costs is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your original invoice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will refund  the money to the original method that you had paid us at the time of purchase and it can take upto 7-10 working days.

Items on Sale

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on admin@sobsomay.com
